Addams Family

I am very sorry that I am not updating the blog... that it has been already about two weeks... Yes, said that many times before, but, I am very busy at the moment, just working on a lot of new things and since I was back in Berlin and back into my regular environmnet I have been invaded by different ideas that I have to bring to reality, which takes a lot of time, and these days is taking me about 10h/day.
I promise thatk, beside this, there are other things cooking, and I will reveal soon ;)

On the other hand, I am using quite a lot instagram and facebook just to make some fast updates about what I am working on (and sometimes -most times- just posting random stuff, haha).

So, for now, I actually show you now that photoshoot that I think I already promised weeks ago... I met that photographer, Lena Sonríe, in Barcelona and she created this atmosphere using some of the "black-bleck-blick-block-bluck" project garments. So here are the final pictures !!

Shooting

AWW! Almost 10 days since I do not update the blog... sorry! I got some news that you might have seen on facebook or instagram probably, will give you "extended info" here this week though. 

By now, some other nice thing I have been doing in Barcelona: I met this girl, photography student in Barcelona, and she proposed me to make a "fashion photoshoot" for school. Of course I said YES! 

These pictures are made by myself, during one of the sets at the school studio, and I will upload her final shoots these days, and will also try to know what mark she received for her work!

Roses to the Fir

As I said, here are the color pictures slected from the Roses to the Fir photoshoot. 

Just to remember that skirt an cape are designed and made by The Bronze Medal for The Mesh Label Collection. The grey chiffon skirt is already sold and the pale linen cape is not for selling at the moment, but you can still have a look at the online shop and see if something else fits with your style! It was funny, this weekend i met the gork who bought the skirt and she wore it last week twice! happy about her delight wearing it, and she also mentioned that some guy told her "I can see you". Yeah,"I can see you too" I said. That is the Mesh Label Collection philosophy. 

Roses to the Fir (The weirdos)

It seems like I keep with some kind of rituals this week, but no, I promise it was not meant to be like that.

For this photoshoot, we just wanted to simulate the like pulling teeth saying, to make something certainly difficult, so we used the title (begging) Roses to the Fir, as that is something imposible as far as we know. So actually there is no any trace of a ritual here, as a ritual means a set of rules for worship and religious ceremonies, and we wanted to say better to actually try it by yourself.

Today I wanna show you the weirdos that came out from the original photos, or those wich suppose to be the good ones, that I will post next week.

Make up and Dinosaurs

Today, just two bathroom moments in one: play with toys while taking a bath and the make up crazyness that invades many dressing tables and shelds, spreading the crazynesss out. But, in this case, all fake: no water, no real make up, just some plastic dinosaurs.

Intercom Telephone

We had the possibility to make a photoshoot at a really old friends house, and we found really sprecial to make a vintage style, set on the 70s.  

I chose this white outfit because I think it is more than suited to the wallpaper-door-intercome corner we chose,  and how the pictures were gonna be taken.

I think it all came together synergistically in a spectacular way, almost natural. Going to be, in principle, almost anything improvised, to be a perfectly designed bearing.

 You maybe find this two-pieces outfit familiar, and you are right, it is the white version of this. And, as you see too, i combined this jersey with a long dress yesterday, on this post.

 And so, as well, now you can have it HERE ! It is a piece that people is interested on quite a lot, but some of them find it a bit expensive, and I just say: anyone else is gonna wear the same as you. I was checking the prices on the "megacorporation" brands, those who make uniforms for us, so that we look exactly the same, and so we can feel we belong to soemthing, or whatever, and those prices are exactly same, and with some pieces higher. I say "look, i am my own boss, I dont want to be the worst boss in the world and exploit myself and pay myself ridiculous amount of money for my work.

It is our decission, but we should think about all this a litte longer, from time to time. At the end, a person who questions my job, is not the customer I want, because he/she can not appreciate things.
