No genre
I have said before, probably many times before, that even I do have clear ideas of what I want from the early begining, what I enjoy more and celebrate better is when things come out in a different way that, somehow, complete the original conception.
That is what have been happening with the T-dresses. Originally conceived as a female dress, slowly have become a large tshirts for taller girls or regular tshirts for men.
I personaly wear men clothes, or men-styled items, such as big shirts, suit trousers and deck shoes, so I can say I do not see a genre on any garment. But anyhow, now, sinze some months now, with some experiences in between, I can define The Bronze Medal as a 90% unisex brand.
So here today I show you a couple more of those Tshirt/dresses, these from the White Noise project, hoping to finish aaaaall the website details to show you properly everything before the end of the year.

More White Noise
GOOD NEWS !
At least from the part of the creaton (my part), because I looooove this fabric, and Iguess also from those costumers who bought a piece of the White Noise serie. Anyway, the news are that there are gonna be more and more White Noise garments available, in Berlin Markets, atelier (by appointment) and also in Barcelona Market on the 1st december in Demanoenmano market at Estació de FranÇa. Hopefully more dates will be confirmed soon.
Actually here are two good news already, more White (annoying) Noise and dates for Barcelona ! If you are around and would like to pass by, check out the Barcelona facebooook event, I will update any new reports and so on.
Thanks for wearing, liking, and having great words every day more.

Go Graphic !
Just a break between the smooth and the textures, two of the basic principles of The Bronze Medal, but still on the black and white.
I would say, maybe even say again, if you do not know yet, that I go for the harmony, the clarity, the innocence, the simplicity, the brightnes. And even so I have used graphics before, of course, I feel a total difference here. Maybe on the chaos of the print. I cannot tell. Maybe it already was a bit like that on the White Noise serie, but somehow it was on the course.
I guess I will have to explain some day what is actually the course about, or what it means to me or even what do I want to explain. But, you know, "to define is to limit" (Oscar Wilde in "Picture of Dorian Gray") and I presume I am still looking for that, in any case.
Both pieces are sold already, but still working with these fabrics.

Inspiration I
The Mesh Label Collection is based in a few rules, let's say. The foundation is the material. The principles are: at its 75% pale colors as white, grey, or pale pink and the use of all kind of clear, translucent, lucid, crystallin, vitreous, thin, sheer fabrics or materials. The lines and patterns are simple. The Mesh Label Collection is proclaims minimal outfits.
It was actually a lucky find, unexpected. I never thought about all this until I started to work on other stuff, and I found how meaningful this kind of materials are.
So, all this just to show some interesting pieces from other designers. I already knew Paskal and Seiya Chen (thanks to Susie Bubble and her blog), but thanks to Not Just a Label (community that I am about to join soon) I recently met This is the Uniform, a UK based new brand, pretty interesting silk pieces that I appreciate.
Sometimes I think that if I am trying to make a wearable clothing for women, transparent garments are maybe a bit too much, and that it is just possible on catwalks and so on, but no, is really pleasant to see how many other designer interpretate this and theis proposals to the real day-by-day apparel. Now i think is just a matter of time maybe, that we get use to this kind of clothes by introducing little by little some pieces and combinig with also other clothes underneath, for example, because it is not all about showing your body.
I also have to say, that I did not get inspired by any of these designs and graphics, I just found them similar, so I chose them for this first post about inspiration. By now my only inspiration are the materials I find. By now I work on materials that I randomly find, not on planned desings.
This is the Uniform

The Mesh Label Collection
This shorts are made by white net fabric (initially courtains fabric) and the graphics on the bottoms are pieces cutted out of potatoes mesh bag, material that brought the inspiration for the name of this clothing line.
P.s: I don't do cola, I do ice-coffee ;)
